The Hungarians par excellence!

This music video by “Speak”, infamous Hungarian rapper who is virtually known by no one in Hungary, proves what can be accomplished with several dead looking guys, a Porsche and the cold fields of a Hungarian village-graveyard. Have fun!

Who is this Obama person anyway?

Barack LincolnAs if the messiah had come to the surface of our world again, Barack Obama ecstasies where he appears. Whether on YouTube, his web page, or on the countless TV-channels, newspapers, magazines, it is impossible to escape the phenomenon of illusion, seduction and peer pressure, last seen around the 30s and 40s of the last century. Black women frenetically screeching on streets — to the point of ecstasy; intellectuals bowing — as if someone stuck a broom up their arse; rednecks grunting like he would give back their manly-hood after layoff, foreclosure and (concealed, uncovered) toothache.

Then, there is HOPE and CHANGE. Two arguments dogmatic buzzwords that might (ot might not) heal the United States’ pride and arrogance the world has missed so much. Let those ideas be forgotten revived, that suggest that the nation is a chosen one, better than the rest of the godless world. Shall the world HOPE that a country’s president does what a president is supposed to do? Shall he CHANGE the manner of the country’s governance?

Where are the sane? Barack Obama is a pleasant, likable guy. He was elect president of the U.S. in most states but the rest of the world. Reality is way cooler than being the president of a country that still thinks it was somewhat special.

Most Americans are so simple minded. Instead of giving in into the idea of electing someone likable, they make a case for it: Arguments are overrated, and that is no shame! But not realizing this, is worse than re-electing someone Bush you don’t even like.

It’s not funny. It’s art.

This small and short animated video from the Netherlands perfectly shows what art is all about. Who really knows?

Sleeplesness

Sleeplessness is a curse, that seems to overcome me every month. Everything starts harmless. First you only want to finish some work, paper, speech or program, and extend your normal day with one or two hours. You stay awake, do this or that, and the next day, you’re dead.

The next day, everything seems fine again, except that you seem to fall asleep when on other days, you were perfectly awake. This repeats, until you’re sleeping all day and wake up in the evening. The shops close, you didn’t buy groceries, walk home after having had breakfast at 8pm.

Again.
